Breakfast at Epiphany's
A talk for teams seeking to re-energise and get focussed.
Delivered to Westpac, AMP, COBA.
Breakfast At Epiphany’s is a wellbeing talk created by Brigitte Johnson and Dr. Michael Carr-Gregg.
The annual cost of mental ill-health to the Australian economy has been estimated at $220 billion (source: Productivity Commission Inquiry Report into Mental Health in Australia, Nov 2020). There is a general consensus that change needs to happen, but no one can afford to wait for the $500m per day problem to be solved at a federal or state level. We believe the solution begins by building resilient teams who possess the skills, knowledge, and strategies to boost their own wellbeing, and promote mentally healthy workplaces where people flourish and productivity is the byproduct.
And the good news for employers? Every dollar spent on the mental health of employees yields a $2.50 yearly return, or a 250% return on investment.
2026 calls for a different kind of leadership. Leaders who balance high performance with genuine compassion, who bring inspiration and drive connection in hybrid, fast-paced environments. Not independent superheroes; rather transformational leaders who are strategic and who create inclusive, collaborative cultures where they equip others around them to thrive.
While we’re waiting for the culture to change, NOW is the time to connect and engage in this high-impact, energising workshop with leadership coach Brigitte Johnson and leading psychologist Dr. Michael Carr-Gregg.
This highly energising talk is tailored to different types of audiences:
Educators
People in Finance
Women in Orthopaedics
